Google Paris is seeking a People Consultant (local HR) on a fixed-term contract to partner with Googlers, managers, and executives across HR domains. You will provide personalized guidance, navigate employee relations, and drive data-driven HR programs while operating in French with local stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 9 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
• Experience in French labor law and employee relations.

Responsabilités

• Drive operational excellence across the organization to improve processes, operations and service delivery, and influence forward thinking interventions, process and product improvements that enable a better Googler Experience.
• Act as a HR advisor, mentor, and strategic partner to Googlers, managers and leaders, and manage risk mitigation and de-escalating/resolving HR matters.
• Provide timely and sound HR guidance, managing client, business, and company needs against risks, to solve complex HR problems, build relationships, and increase Googler, manager, and leader capability.
• Deliver dynamic consultations on a variety of HR topics such as performance enablement, team/manager effectiveness, career development, navigating transitions, and operationalizing reorganizations.
• Contribute to the deployment of HR programs and processes for a business area or market via dynamic consultations.
