Job summary

BIC World is seeking an HR Analytics Apprentice to join the team and contribute to people analytics, HR controlling, and data-driven decision support. You will design dashboards, gather requirements, and translate data into actionable insights for HR stakeholders.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in an HR- or data-focused Master program, with strong Excel and Power BI skills, and a proactive, autonomous mindset in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an HR- or data-focused Master program.
• Strong ability to learn BI tools and digital processes.
• Experience in corporate or professional environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain People Analytics and HR reports, dashboards, and data visualisations (headcount, labor cost, workforce structure).
• Support HR controlling processes including headcount and labor cost analysis.
