Atrium Health Union Levine Children’s Pediatric Emergency Department is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Pediatric Emergency Department on a part-time weekends schedule (1p-1a). The role requires 6 months of RN experience, a valid RN license in the practice state, and BLS.

ACLS and PALS are required within 6 months of hire. Prior pediatric or ED experience is preferred to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• At least 6 months of RN experience (not suitable for new graduates).
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS and PALS required within 6 months of hire.
• 1 year of pediatric/ED experience preferred.

Position

Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Emergency Department

Where You Will Work: Atrium Health Union Levine Children’s Pediatric Emergency Department (in partnership with Levine Children’s). The pediatric emergency department serves patients from birth to 18 years old and emphasizes nursing ratios, teamwork, and delivering high-quality care.

We’re Looking For

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• At least 6 months of RN experience; not suitable for new graduates
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
• ACLS and PALS required within 6 months of hire
• 1 year of pediatric/ED experience required
