ixolabs.ai is seeking a remote IXO expert to review pediatric inpatient charts and structured nursing records, evaluating annotations and ensuring alignment with bedside practice.

You will follow detailed rules, document assessments, and provide clear explanations of the pediatric context behind each judgment, leveraging Epic and chart abstraction tools as needed.

Review pediatric inpatient charts and structured nursing records, including assessment and flowsheet data. Identify documentation inconsistencies, assess whether annotations reflect bedside practice and provide clear explanations of the pediatric context behind each judgment.

Professional background

Hold an active US RN license outside California and bring pediatric acute-care bedside experience within the last ten years. Recent documentation work matters more than accumulated years; a nonprocedural inpatient background is preferred. You must conduct and document comprehensive pediatric assessments, follow detailed annotation rules, respond constructively to feedback and meet commitments independently. Preferred preparation includes Epic, chart abstraction, quality improvement, utilization review, CDI or informatics. You should be willing to learn browser-based annotation tools, navigate transcripts efficiently and verify any AI-assisted output. Discussing difficult cases and helping clarify review rules are useful skills.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.

Pay

Pay $60 $70/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
