Future Opening: Medical Appointment Scheduler/Phone Operator at TOTS&TEENS PEDIATRICS LLC. A fast paced pediatric practice seeks a friendly, reliable candidate for high-volume calls, accurate scheduling, and patient information updates.

The role requires professionalism, courtesy, and strong attention to detail, with emphasis on clear communication with patients and team members. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred, and prior medical office experience is a plus.

• Excellent written and oral expression.
• Ability to multitask.
• Previous medical office experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides friendly, courteous and professional service always to all patients.
• Answer patient inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Create telephone encounters appropriately.
• Maintains and updates any patient info that is required.
• Maintains open communication with the Front Desk, Clinical Staff, Providers and Leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
