OECD in Île-de-France is seeking a Payroll Centre Team Lead to oversee payroll operations and HR services, reporting to the Head of the Staff and Technical Expertise Hub. The role requires deep knowledge of payroll processes and strong leadership to drive efficiency and compliance.

You will contribute to HR reform projects, coordinate with HRM teams, and ensure accurate payment processing while upholding OECD policies and standards. Fluency in English and French is expected.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, HR management, administration, or related field.
• At least five years of payroll HR experience and leading a team.
• Experience with HR payroll rules in an international organisation is a plus.
