Checkout.com is seeking an Implementation Engineering Manager to lead a Merchant Success Squad and align technical delivery with business goals. You will guide a multi-disciplinary team, drive revenue growth, and ensure smooth onboarding for complex merchant integrations.

You’ll partner with Product and Engineering, speak fluently with internal and external stakeholders in French and English, and shape the roadmap by championing the voice of the merchant.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Strong commercial sense with ability to translate technical success into business value.
• Fluent French and English communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Deep technical background to discuss with developers and executives.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and manage a squad including Implementation Engineer, Account Manager, and Technical Support.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of online merchants to drive revenue growth and adoption.
• Deliver squad objectives on time and remove technical barriers to revenue.
• Refine onboarding and support journeys to accelerate go-live for complex integrations.
• Act as escalation authority and solve complex challenges with customers.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to feed the merchant's voice into the roadmap.
