Primer is seeking a Solutions Engineer fluent in French and English to join our growing team. You’ll partner with sales to translate merchant needs into scalable, API-driven payment solutions on Primer’s unified payments platform.

From day one, you’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to guide technical strategy, run discovery sessions, and design compelling demonstrations that help merchants go live and scale globally.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a merchant facing role with a complex API product, ideally in payments.
• Confidence leading discovery sessions and working with technical counterparts at large merchants.
• Ability to understand, explain, and design complex technical specifications.
• Collaborative approach with Product, Engineering, and Sales.
• Strong communication and presentations skills to make the complex simple.

Responsabilités

• Work with growing sales team to identify merchant pain points and articulate Primer's value.
• Provide technical expertise to the sales team for business development.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate clearly.
• Drive client engagements via discovery sessions, solution design workshops, product demos, Q&A, and more.
• Collaborate with Product to identify feature enhancements and new features for merchants.
