Qonto seeks a Partnerships Growth Ops to turn the partnership channel into a scalable, high-performing acquisition engine. You will design and build systems that automate partner management across acquisition, engagement, and growth across 8 European markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth-focused roles with real technical acumen.
• Proficient in SQL and automation tooling to build scalable systems.
• Customer-focused, data-driven, methodical in approach.
• Cross-functional leadership across sales, marketing, PMs and country managers.
• Problem-solving orientation balancing impact with constraints.

Responsabilités

• Automate the partnerships funnel across the partner management lifecycle.
• Diagnose and solve high-impact problems to maximise value and minimise cost.
• Own the channel roadmap and drive autonomous delivery with multiple teams.
• Orchestrate cross-functional delivery across Engineering, Ops, and Business teams.
• Build hands-on with POCs, data manipulation, and AI agents.
