Sibelco France SAS in Nemours is seeking an HR generalist/manager to lead HR and finance activities across the cluster, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, time & attendance, and nationwide labour relations. You will partner with the Director Operations and Director Commercial to drive workforce performance.

Qualifications include a degree in business/HR/legal field, HR generalist experience, and strong English and French. Additional languages are a plus.

Partner Business Services – Location: Nemours Office

Role Purpose

Within the BST, the incumbent is accountable for the finance matters belonging to the cluster. This includes financial controlling activities and partnering closely with the Manager Business Services to provide relevant insights and documents required for cluster performance analysis with the Director Operations Cluster and the Director Commercial Cluster.

In addition to finance, the role is responsible for the HR function within the cluster: recruitment, onboarding of new talent, engagement & development, and time & attendance (including absence tracking).

The role also manages industrial and employee relations for all clusters within the country, oversees talent sourcing and recruitment for managerial roles, and handles performance management for all roles within the cluster and at manager level and above.

Responsibilities

• Assist line management in cluster workforce planning.
• Coordinate recruitment processes in accordance with Sibelco Group Recruitment policies for all non‑managerial roles within the cluster.
• Manage and facilitate recruitment of manager roles for the country.
• Organize and execute onboarding (including IT onboarding tickets) for all new employees and contingent workers at all levels within the cluster, as well as off‑boarding processes.
• Organize exit interviews in line with the Sibelco termination process.
• Assist with and facilitate ongoing performance management for all roles within the cluster and for roles at manager level and above nationwide.
• Manage relationships with employment agencies providing temporary resources within the cluster.
• Ensure time & attendance and leave & absence tracking are conducted in accordance with the country policies and procedures.
• Manage union labour relations, including negotiating collective agreements and managing collective consultation processes nationwide.
• Maintain country HR self‑service portal policies and procedures, including up‑to‑date country employee handbooks.

About You

• Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, Law or a related field; a master’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Experience as an HR generalist or HR manager.
• Experience in union & employee relations within the country.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in the local language of the country of base and main operations, both written and verbal.
• Additional languages are an asset.
