Sibelco Group in Nemours is seeking a Temporary HR and Finance Specialist within the BST to oversee country HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking, and industrial relations. You will collaborate with cluster managers and directors to drive talent acquisition and workforce planning.

The role emphasizes policy maintenance, performance management, and employee communications across clusters, ensuring compliant processes and a positive employment experience for all colleagues.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR or Law; master degree preferred or equivalent by experience.
• Prior experience as an HR generalist or HR manager; experience in union & employee relations in the country.
• English – proficient verbal & writing; local language proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Talent sourcing
• Coordinate recruitment process for non-managerial roles for the cluster
• Organize onboarding for new employees and contingent workers
• Manage time & attendance and leave & absence tracking
• Oversee employment relations and union negotiations
• Maintain HR policies and handbook on self-service portal
