Sibelco France SAS in Nemours is seeking an HR generalist/manager to lead HR and finance activities across the cluster, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, time & attendance, and nationwide labour relations. You will partner with the Director Operations and Director Commercial to drive workforce performance.

Qualifications include a degree in business/HR/legal field, HR generalist experience, and strong English and French. Additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, Law or related field; master’s preferred.
Experience as HR generalist/manager.
Experience in union & employee relations within the country.
Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Proficiency in local language (French) written and verbal.

Responsabilités

Assist line management in cluster workforce planning.
Coordinate recruitment processes for non-managerial roles within the cluster.
Recruit manager roles for the country.
Organize onboarding for all employees and contingent workers; manage off-boarding.
Organize exit interviews and termination processes.
Support ongoing performance management for all roles nationwide.
Manage relationships with staffing agencies providing temporary resources.
Ensure time & attendance and leave tracking per country policies.
Maintain country HR self-service portal policies and employee handbooks.
