Job summary

Darktrace, a Paris-based global leader in AI-driven cybersecurity, seeks a Technical Success Manager for a 9-month fixed-term contract. You will blend technical depth, customer advocacy and commercial awareness to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

You will partner with security and IT stakeholders, collaborate with Account Executives and Solutions Engineering, and guide customers from deployment to active use with focus on Time-to-Value and renewal readiness.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English is essential.
• 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as Customer Success Manager, Technical Success Manager, or similar.
• Understanding of enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams.
• Create practical technical success plans to drive adoption and measurable value.
• Identify high-value use cases integrating the platform into daily security operations.
• Use health indicators to spot adoption gaps and renewal risks early.
• Guide customers from deployment to active use, accelerating Time-to-Value.
• Lead mitigation planning for technical blockers and operational gaps.
• Contribute to renewal readiness and growth discussions with internal teams.
• Surface technical opportunities supporting expansion in partnership with the Account Executive.
