Too Good To Go in Paris is seeking an exceptional Sales Team Lead to build and scale a high-performing French Sales Team. You will coach, develop, and drive performance across outbound and inbound sales, ensuring achievement of KPIs and long-term revenue growth.

You will lead by example, managing a team through coaching sessions, performance reviews, and strategic recruitment in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and the Sales Manager. Fluent French (C2) and English (C1) are required.
