Invesco invites applications for an Associate, Investment Analyst to join the French Real Estate Investments team in Paris. You will support all stages of the real estate investment lifecycle, including acquisitions, asset management, and disposals, with a focus on rigorous analysis.

Working with transaction, asset management and operations professionals, you will gain exposure to a broad range of transactions and investment strategies across Europe, contributing to informed investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Fluent French and English with strong communication skills.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced financial modelling capabilities in Excel.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
• Previous internship in real estate/private equity/investment banking/M&A.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Support evaluation and underwriting of real estate opportunities.
• Prepare financial models, cash flow analyses, and investment papers.
• Assist with acquisitions, due diligence, and transaction execution.
• Attend meetings with external stakeholders and site inspections.
• Support management and monitoring of the French real estate portfolio.
• Assist with asset business plans, reporting, and portfolio analysis.
• Collaborate with investment, fund management, and operations teams across Europe.
• Contribute to asset management initiatives and broader projects.
