Invesco is seeking an Associate, Investment Analyst to join our French Real Estate Investments team in Paris. You will work closely with Transaction and Asset Management professionals to support acquisitions, asset management, and disposals across the real estate lifecycle.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of transactions, requires strong financial modelling and language skills in French and English, and provides opportunities to collaborate with teams across Europe.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English with excellent written and spoken skills.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Excel financial modelling experience.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
• Previous internship in real estate, private equity, or investment banking.
• Team-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proactive mindset with keen attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Support evaluation and underwriting of real estate investment opportunities.
• Prepare financial models, cash flow analyses, investment papers.
• Assist acquisitions, due diligence, and transaction execution.
• Attend meetings with external stakeholders and property inspections.
• Support management of the French real estate portfolio.
• Assist with asset business plans, reporting, and portfolio analysis.
• Collaborate with investment, fund management, and operations teams across Europe.
• Contribute to asset management initiatives and broader projects.
