PeakSeek is assisting a leading mid-market private equity fund in Paris to recruit an Associate who will support deal execution and portfolio analysis.

You will conduct financial modelling, due diligence, market research, and assist in preparing materials for investment committee.

Fluency in French and English is essential, with 2–5 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English; professional proficiency in both languages.
• 2–5 years of relevant private equity or related finance experience.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and accounting knowledge.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis, valuation, modelling, and due diligence on opportunities.
• Support execution of private equity transactions: acquisitions, disposals, portfolio investments.
• Perform market research, industry analysis, and competitive assessments.
• Monitor portfolio performance and prepare investment committee materials.
