Job summary

ACL Partners in Paris is seeking a high-calibre Private Equity Associate to join its investment team. You will work on the full investment lifecycle, supporting senior professionals on transactions and portfolio companies.

You will build and analyse financial models, conduct company and market analysis, coordinate due diligence, and prepare investment memos and committee materials while contributing to value-creation initiatives across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of investment banking experience (M&A preferred).
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
• Solid transaction execution experience, with buyout exposure a plus.
• Native-level French and fluent English mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support buyout transactions from screening to execution and exit.
• Build and analyse financial models, valuations, and investment cases.
• Conduct company and market analysis to identify drivers.
• Coordinate due diligence across commercial, financial, and legal workstreams.
• Prepare investment memos and management presentations.
• Participate in management meetings and transaction discussions.
• Support portfolio companies on strategic value-creation initiatives.
