WHAT THE JOB INVOLVES

• Analyze industries and companies to identify strategic alternatives, valuation opportunities, and capital raising solutions
• Build advanced financial and valuation models to support M&A, equity, and debt transactions
• Lead and coordinate due diligence, transaction execution, and negotiations through to closing
• Develop comprehensive client presentations, marketing materials, and investment theses from strategic and financial perspectives
• Manage client relationships, overseeing day-to-day execution, process supervision, and junior analyst guidance

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Excellent academic background with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA
