CXG group in Paris is seeking an experienced Automotive Business Development Director – Premium & Luxury to lead the commercial development of CXG's Automotive Industry practice from the Paris office. This strategic, high-impact role requires leveraging an extensive senior network to win new business and expand CXG's footprint with premium and luxury automotive brands.

You will own the market strategy, guide proposals, and collaborate with CSMs to maximize client value, while building CXG's

Qualifications

Master's degree in Luxury Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 10 years in automotive, with consulting/sales/business development in premium/luxury.
Fluent English required; German a plus; French nice-to-have.
Extensive senior decision-maker network in premium/luxury automotive.
Strong track record in strategic planning and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Responsabilités

Lead commercial development of CXG's Automotive Industry practice.
Acquire new clients and expand market presence in premium and luxury automotive.
Collaborate with CSMs to manage accounts and growth opportunities.
Develop and execute annual business plans and KPIs.
Build CXG's visibility through networking and thought leadership.
