CXG in Paris seeks an experienced Automotive Business Development Director – Premium & Luxury to lead the commercial development of CXG's Automotive Industry practice from the Paris office.

You will own new client acquisition, build a strong pipeline with senior automotive executives, and shape CXG's value proposition for premium and luxury brands across Europe, driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships.

• Experience in automotive sector and luxury segment.
• Proven ability to originate opportunities and close deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the commercial development of CXG's Automotive Industry practice.
• Own new client acquisition, market expansion, and pipeline growth.
• Develop and execute a clear commercial strategy for premium & luxury automotive brands.
• Represent CXG as the automotive industry expert in client discussions and proposals.
• Build senior-level relationships and convert opportunities into revenue.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare compelling proposals and milestones.
