CXG is seeking a Senior Consulting Manager - Luxury & Customer Experience to lead high-impact engagements for premium and luxury brands. You will drive client relationships, shape transformation strategies, and guide cross-functional teams while contributing to the growth of CXG's Consulting & Transformation practice.

The role involves developing business opportunities, delivering strategic recommendations, and presenting outcomes to C-level executives in a fast-paced, international environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Administration, Business, Management, or related field.
• 10–14 years of experience in management consulting, customer experience consulting, transformation consulting, luxury retail consulting, or a comparable advisory environment.
• Established network within the premium and luxury industry.
• Proven business development capabilities and experience contributing to revenue growth.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Lead client engagements and grow CXG's Consulting & Transformation practice with senior-level client relationships.
• Drive business development, opportunities, and revenue growth through strategic proposals and networks.
• Oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable impact.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and compelling client presentations for C-level executives.
• Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing and methodology development.
