Generator Paris is seeking an exceptional Housekeeping Manager to lead daily housekeeping operations and guest experiences in Paris. You will drive service excellence, cost control and team performance while upholding brand standards across bedrooms and public areas.

As a hands-on leader, you will inspire a motivated team, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure health and safety compliance, all within our vibrant, cosmopolitan Paris workspace.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with outstanding communication and guest-relations abilities.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven leadership experience in fast-paced hospitality environments.
• Ability to train, mentor and motivate team members.
• Flexible in working hours and shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily housekeeping operations for bedrooms and public areas to standard.
• Responds to guest requests promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Manages costs and department budgets to drive commercial performance.
• Liaises with linen, cleaning materials and guest-supply suppliers.
• Oversees maintenance requests and ensures timely service completion.
• Manages laundry and labour controls for efficiency.
• Maintains brand standards and eye for detail.
• Leads, trains and motivates the team with hands-on leadership.
• Facilitates information flow through regular handovers and team meetings.
• Ensures COSHH health and safety compliance and conducts audits to 100% compliance.
