Qualifikationen

• Educated to degree level with excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Experience in Investor Relations, Placement Agent, Fund of Funds or similar environment within the alternatives industry and/or investment banking.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to explain complex financial information clearly.
• Client-centric mindset with ability to build cross-team relationships.
• Good understanding of private equity and strong technical expertise desired.

Aufgaben

• Investor servicing: respond to investors queries with transparency and timely updates on performance, strategy and ESG.
• Marketing: produce marketing materials for funds, fundraises, PPMS, DDQs and case studies.
• Fundraising support: assist planning and execution of fundraising, respond to DD queries, organize on-site sessions and maintain data rooms.
• Investor communication: contribute to quarterly, semi-annual and annual investor reporting with portfolio metrics.
• Events: support AGMs, LPAC meetings, roadshows and related events.
• Market intelligence: research market trends, investor landscapes, country dynamics.
