Job summary

Amrop NESS, the Paris office of Amrop, is recruiting an Investor Relations Associate for a leading European private equity firm. You will support marketing, investor communication and fundraising activities, and help structure the IR function in a multinational Paris team.

Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations, the role focuses on marketing, project management and LP relations with autonomy and discretion throughout a fundraising cycle.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in investor relations or related finance roles.
• Strong understanding of private equity mechanics or eager to learn.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French is a plus.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Autonomous, discreet, and capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing and fundraising materials with IR Head and teams.
• Develop investor messages and communication materials.
• Organise LPAC, AGM, and other investor events.
• Formalise IR processes and CRM usage.
• Support fundraising due diligence questionnaires and ESG questionnaires.
• Prepare investor meetings and briefing notes.
