Job summary

PER is seeking a German or Nordic language speaking investor relations professional to join its Paris-based team. The role involves managing ongoing fundraising efforts and servicing the institutional investor base, with responsibility for creating marketing materials and facilitating communications with investors.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree and several years’ experience in investor relations or related fields.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with excellent written and spoken English.
• Fluency in German or a Nordic language; French not required but a plus.
• Several years of professional experience in investor relations or related field.
• Experience in fundraising or working with institutional investors beneficial.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Marketing: produce high-quality marketing materials for funds and updates.
• Fundraising support: plan and execute fundraising efforts, respond to DDQs.
• Investor servicing: answer investor queries with transparency and timely updates.
• Investor communication: participate in meetings with investors in France and abroad; update CRM.
• Events: support AGMs, LPAC meetings, and roadshows materials.
• Market intelligence: research trends and investor landscapes to identify new LPs.
• Stakeholder management: bridge between internal teams and external investors, placement agents, and agencies.
