Job summary

PER, a leading French private equity firm, seeks an Investor Relations Analyst/Associate in Paris to support fundraising, service the institutional investor base and coordinate investor communications.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's degree, are fluent in English, and speak German or a Nordic language; with strong MS Office skills and a track record in investor relations or related finance roles.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and strong written/spoken English.
• Fluency in German or a Nordic language.
• Extensive experience in investor relations or related finance roles.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Marketing: prepare fundraising materials and market updates (PPMs, DDQs, case studies).
• Fundraising support: assist planning/execution, prepare responses to DD queries, updates to data rooms.
• Investor servicing: respond to investor queries with transparency and timely communication.
• Investor communication: participate in meetings with investors in France and abroad; update CRM.
• Events: support AGMs, LPAC meetings, roadshows.
• Market intelligence: research trends and potential LPs; identify opportunities.
• Stakeholder management: liaise between internal teams and investors/placement agents/communications agencies.
