Alvarez & Marsal in Paris invites final-year students to join the Restructuring & Turnaround Final Year Internship Program. Start date January 2027 for a six-month placement, based in Paris, working with our Financial Restructuring team to support client engagements and analyses.

You will conduct research on company financials, build cash flow models in Excel, prepare client deliverables in PowerPoint, and assist Managing Directors.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent business-level English and French are essential.
• Studying at a leading Grande Ecoles in Business and/or Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Support the Financial Restructuring team in Paris on client engagements.
• Research client information including company financials and performance.
• Conduct analyses to contribute to client reports and recommendations, including financial statements and cash flow analyses.
• Prepare and update cash flow models and other financial models.
• Utilise Excel, PowerPoint, and other applications to assist in creating client deliverables.
• Support Managing Directors and senior team members with client pitch production.
