Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking in Paris offers a 6-month internship in Restructuring and Banking Law (F/H) starting January 2027. You join the Legal Restructuring & Workout team within the Banking Department to support cases and learn from senior lawyers.

You will conduct legal research, draft notes on insolvency and banking law, prepare monthly case law reviews, assist with filings, and attend team meetings, while developing in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

As a BAC+4/5 student, you are pursuing a university or business school degree, with a specialization in law, notably banking and financial law, security rights law and/or insolvency procedures.
You have good legal knowledge or even a double finance/law training and/or internships in business law firms.
You are perfectly fluent in English.
You are recognized for your logical mind, rigor and curiosity, and the ability to work in a team.

Responsabilités

Carry out legal research and analysis in the context of cases handled by the team.
Draft legal notes on topics relating to insolvency proceedings, banking and financial law, security rights, etc.
Carry out a monthly case law review to present to the team.
Assist the team in processing files: drafting letters to procedural bodies, filing claims, minutes of meetings.
Write summary notes on certain files.
Participate and collaborate in team meetings.
