Alvarez & Marsal is seeking an Intern, TAX M&A in Paris for a 6‑month start in January 2027. You will contribute to transactional tax workstreams, assisting partners and senior associates with analyses across corporate, international, and transactional tax matters.

You will draft client-ready memoranda, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and gain exposure to M&A and private equity tax advisory in a top Paris office.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Tax Law; admitted to the bar school or holder of the CAPA.
• At least one significant internship (minimum 3 months) in corporate tax within a tax law firm, in-house tax dept, or Big 4 tax.
• Ability to draft clear and structured tax analyses in French and English; fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Participate in transactional tax advisory (M&A/Private Equity) including tax due diligence and structuring analyses.
• Draft tax memoranda and advisory notes for clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional A&M teams and senior lawyers across international matters.
