Houlihan Lokey offers 6-month internship opportunities throughout the year in our Paris office.

Please note that we are currently hiring for January and March 2027 slots only, and all candidates must submit a formal application via Workday in order to be considered for the role. As part of the internship, you will work on M&A advisory assignments across sectors and gain exposure to financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence.

Qualifications

• You must be completing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Fluency in English and French required.
• 6+ months of internship experience within M&A or related fields.
• Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the preparation of materials for clients and market analyses.
• Gain experience in financial modelling and valuation analyses.
• Support due diligence processes.
• Work alongside investment bankers on M&A advisory assignments across sectors.
