Job summary

Wheely in Paris is hiring a Business Development Representative (Chauffeur - Partner) to own the chauffeur acquisition engine end to end—from first contact to first journey. You will build and manage a high-volume pipeline and track metrics to inform improvements for the France Ops team.

Based in Paris, this office-based role requires fluency in French and English and a proven ability to convert leads into journeys, turning a high-touch process into a repeatable system.

Qualifications

• Experience running high-volume sales pipelines.
• Data-driven with ability to track funnel metrics.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Ability to turn a high-touch process into a repeatable system.
• Based in Paris and able to work in the office five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end chauffeur acquisition funnel: sourcing, screening, qualifying, and converting leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Build and manage a high-volume acquisition pipeline, tracking each chauffeur's progress from sign-up to first journey.
• Use data to identify where acquisition is underperforming and design fixes.
• Partner with Chauffeur Academy to ensure smooth handoff from acquisition to onboarding.
• Act as a day-to-day representative for Wheely within the chauffeur community, building relationships that support referrals and retention.
• Report funnel performance to France Ops leadership.
