Based in our Paris office, the Business Development & Marketing Executive will play a key role in supporting the growth of the office by delivering business development, marketing and communications initiatives.

Working closely with the Business Development & Marketing Manager and colleagues across our international BD teams, you'll help strengthen client relationships, raise the firm's profile and support new business opportunities in a collaborative, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a BD/Marketing role within professional services.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting pitches, client development, events and marketing communications.

Responsabilités

• Support the delivery of business development, marketing and communications initiatives aligned with the Paris office’s priorities.
• Prepare pitches, proposals, client presentations and tender responses with partners, lawyers and the Bids team.
• Coordinate client events, webinars and profile-raising activities including social media and digital campaigns.
• Support client development by coordinating research, briefing materials and identifying new opportunities for lawyers.
• Produce and maintain marketing collateral, website content, lawyer bios and directory submissions.
• Champion BD technology usage (InterAction, Foundation) and ensure accurate data management.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the firm to deliver high-quality BD support.
