AlixPartners is seeking a Senior Vice President to join our Turnaround & Restructuring Services in Paris. The role involves advising senior executives and leading teams through complex transformations with rapid execution and sound judgement.

The candidate will lead engagements for corporate and private equity clients, develop turnaround strategies focused on value creation, and manage cash flow and liquidity assessments across France and Europe. English and French fluency are required.

Qualifications

8–15 years of professional experience in restructuring, turnaround, performance improvement or corporate transformation.
Demonstrated experience leading complex projects and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
Degree from a leading engineering school or business school.

Responsabilités

Lead financial and operational restructuring engagements for corporate and private equity clients.
Advise executive management teams, boards, lenders and investors on critical business situations.
Develop and implement turnaround strategies focused on value creation and sustainable performance improvement.
Lead cash management, liquidity assessments and short‑term cash flow modelling.
Review and challenge business plans, financial forecasts and restructuring options.
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and contribute to business development activities across France and Europe.
