JSS in Paris is seeking an Interim Exit & Restructuring Advisor to support an industrial transformation for a private equity backed business undergoing a significant change. The mandate is 6 months, with the CEO, CFO and shareholders driving exit readiness and performance improvement.

You will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, strengthen the investment case and oversee data room readiness, forecasting and liquidity management in a board-level role.

Qualifications

• Experience in private equity environments with transformation or transaction experience.
• Background as CFO, CRO, Transformation Director or similar.
• Proven track record in exits, refinancing or ownership transitions.
• Fluency in both French and English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute exit readiness strategy with CEO and CFO.
• Coordinate interfaces between management, lenders, advisers and investors.
• Lead workstreams for potential sale, refinancing or recapitalisation.
• Oversee due diligence materials and data room readiness.
• Ensure liquidity management and performance reporting.
• Advise senior leadership on transaction execution.
