Notion is seeking a Solutions Consultant Manager to lead a regional team in Paris, owning the full commercial output from new logos to renewals. The role emphasizes coaching first, building a repeatable GTM rhythm, and strong collaboration with BDRs and leadership to drive growth and adoption across the client lifecycle.

You will manage a team of Solutions Consultants, shape pipeline quality, and ensure high execution standards while working on-site in Paris.

Qualifications

• Track record as a quota-carrying B2B seller with direct experience in workflow design and live demos.
• Frontline sales management experience with operating cadence and talent development.
• Strong coaching orientation with ability to critique deals and advise reps.
• Ability to read pipeline health and drive urgency without micromanaging individuals.

Responsabilités

• Own the regional commercial output across new logo ARR, expansion ARR, and renewal outcomes.
• Coach SCs on GTM builder motion and first/second meetings through adoption hand-off.
• Participate in regional operating cadence: pipeline reviews, deal support sessions, forecast calls.
• Hire, onboard, certify new SCs and manage performance with clarity when targets aren’t met.
• Collaborate with regional BDR on pipeline strategy and healthy book of business.
• Align with Outcomes leadership on adoption hand-offs and renewal strategy.
