Clarks Outlet in Paris is seeking an organized Showroom and Office Administrator to manage day-to-day operations, delivering a high level of customer service to the Exec Co Team, Head of Wholesale and visiting colleagues and customers.

You will coordinate the showroom for European sales launches, key account appointments and events, manage facilities, health and safety, and support the sales team with documentation and PO processing.

Competenze

• Experience providing administration support at senior level
• Confident handling of sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload
• Excellent IT skills; strong MS Office including SAP, Excel and PowerPoint

Mansioni

• Manage showroom, office and meeting room on a day-to-day basis providing high-level customer service for the Exec Co Team, Head of Wholesale and visiting colleagues and customers
• Drive strong perception of the Clarks brand to wholesale customers and external visitors in the Showroom and Office
• Deliver reception, administrative and support services for all areas enabling effective meetings
• Coordinate showroom space for end uses—European sales launches, key account appointments and events
• Ensure efficient running of the showroom and office facilities; liaise with landlords, service suppliers, Properties and IT teams
• Carry out Health and Safety requirements including fire warden responsibilities
• Provide admin support to Head of Sales including procurement of centralized documentation for the sales team
• Provide admin support for the wider sales team (POs, expenses, holidays, attendance, locations) to enable selling/growth
• Support wider region teams to deliver great service to third parties in showroom/office space
