Clarks in Paris is seeking a Team Leader / Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and lead the sales team to achieve commercial objectives.

You will oversee the floor, coach and develop staff, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure best-in-class retail standards and product knowledge across the store. This role requires strong communication and organised leadership to maintain high performance daily.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example to deliver personal KPIs and strong selling behaviours.
• Support Store Manager to engage and develop the team to hit sales targets.
• Oversee the sales floor with strong floor control to create a great shopping environment.
• Review CSAT insights to drive customer experience improvements.
• Contribute to store operations and Visual Merchandising standards.
• Upskill knowledge of products to train the team and boost sales.
• Organise and prioritise tasks to balance business needs with sales and service.
• Provide regular feedback to motivate and improve performance.
• Assist in people management to prevent escalations.
• Build capability to manage store in Store Manager's absence.
