CXG is hiring a Senior Manager, Customer Development for its Paris office to accelerate growth across Europe. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you will lead priority initiatives, develop high-value opportunities, and drive the full commercial cycle with luxury and premium brands.

Ideal candidates bring an established network, hunter mindset, and proven ability to secure senior-level access. Fluency in French and English is required, with international experience highly valued.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
8+ years in business development, strategic sales, account development, or consulting, ideally international.
Deep knowledge of luxury, retail, or premium services ecosystems with senior decision-maker network.

Responsabilités

Translate growth priorities into focused business development plans for priority verticals and target accounts.
Open doors with senior decision-makers and create opportunities with luxury brands.
Maintain a strong new-business pipeline through relationships and leverage for client wins.
Support the Customer Development team with account research, qualification, and tender responses.
Lead the full commercial cycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Design compelling proposals articulating CXG's value, pricing, scope, and contracts.
Collaborate across Practice areas to connect client needs with CXG capabilities.
