Apex Group in Paris is seeking a Manager for Client Accounting & Tax. The role requires oversight of statutory accounts, VAT, and corporate tax compliance with a high standard of professional ethics.

The ideal candidate is an Expert-Comptable with at least five years of relevant experience, fluent in French and English, and capable of leading a team across locations. This position is based in Paris and offers opportunities to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Qualified Expert-Comptable in France with knowledge of OEC standards and obligations.
• Proven experience in accounting and tax engagements for corporate clients.
• Strong ability to manage client portfolios and deliver on deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery of accounting and tax engagements for assigned clients, ensuring work is planned, reviewed and completed on time.
• Prepare and review statutory financial statements, corporate tax returns, VAT filings in accordance with regulatory deadlines.
• Maintain quality control over bookkeeping, VAT, tax filings and accounting records before submission or escalation.
• Review work by junior team members and coordinate with supporting locations to ensure consistency and quality.
• Coach, supervise and develop junior accounting and tax staff locally or in supporting locations.
