Job summary

The Apex Group Ltd (UK Branch) is seeking a Manager – Client Accounting & Tax with senior-level expertise to lead day-to-day accounting and tax engagements for assigned clients.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will prepare statutory accounts, VAT and corporate tax filings, supervise junior staff, and ensure compliance with French OEC standards and regulatory deadlines. Fluent in French and English.

Qualifications

• Qualified Expert-Comptable in France with knowledge of OEC professional standards.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in French accounting and corporate tax.
• Experience managing a portfolio of corporate services clients under deadlines.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of accounting and tax engagements for assigned clients, ensuring work is planned and completed on time.
• Prepare and review statutory financial statements, corporate tax returns and related filings.
• Maintain quality control over bookkeeping, VAT, tax filings and accounting records.
