Qualifications

• Experience or internship in B2B events or related project management.
• Ability to manage multiple events in parallel.
• Fluency in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Manage events end-to-end from customer request to delivery.
• Coordinate timelines, logistics, and execution to ensure smooth delivery.
• Be a main point of contact for customers during the event lifecycle.
• Source, brief, and coordinate event providers across multiple locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
