We run events in 50+ countries and manage hundreds of events for top companies like Preply, Hibob, and Aircall. This is a unique chance to join at a pivotal moment: we’re scaling fast and looking for foundational team members to help us build what comes next.

As an early-stage startup, we’re looking for a creative, pragmatic, autonomous and solution-oriented senior event project manager who loves to drive projects from start to finish. You’ll ensure our events run smoothly, build complex experiences such as international retreats, and support younger team members in managing top-tier customer accounts.

What You’ll Do

• Event Project Management: Lead events end-to-end ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Event Creation: Design complex events from scratch, source and coordinate partners, own the planning, and be the go-to contact for customers.
• Ops & Process Optimisation: Streamline workflows, automate low-value tasks, and boost overall efficiency.
• Customer & Partner Relationships: Be a key contact for our clients and vendors, making their experience seamless and impactful.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in creating, sourcing, and running B2B events of all shape and size
• Comfortable in fast-paced, international environments with a bias for action
• Passion for innovation in the event industry and contributing to building a new category leader
• Bilingual in French and English —other languages are a plus
• A builder's mindset—you like seeing your work come to life
• Comfort working in a hybrid/remote environment with autonomy
