ANINE BING is seeking a Wholesale Director EMEA & APAC for a maternity leave cover in Paris. The role leads a small team, oversees sell-in/sell-through, budgets, and partner networks across ME and APAC, and reports to the CEO.

The position is hybrid and based at the Paris HQ, starting early December 2026 and ending around May 2027 with a structured handover. The candidate will manage two Wholesale Managers EU + ME/APAC, one ADV Manager EU, and a Wholesale Support Intern, ensuring continuity of

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in fashion wholesale with international teams.
• Proven track record as Wholesale Director / Area Manager.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience with agents, distributors, and key accounts.
• Proficient with ERP tools and advanced Excel.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day leadership to the wholesale team during the interim period.
• Own the commercial performance across ME & APAC wholesale portfolios.
• Lead sell-in for Paris showroom seasons within the contract period.
• Oversee agents, distributors, and franchise partners across ME and APAC.
• Coordinate with ERP, 3PL, and key account portals to ensure compliance and delivery.
