ANINE BING seeks a Wholesale Director EMEA & APAC to lead our wholesale team from Paris HQ during a maternity leave. The role oversees a multi-market portfolio through agents and franchise partners, reporting to the CEO, with responsibility for continuity of leadership and commercial performance.

The position manages four team members, drives sell-in/sell-through, forecasts, seasonal budgets, and cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising, Production, Operations and Finance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of fashion wholesale experience managing a commercial team across international markets.
• Strong track record as Wholesale Director or Senior Wholesale Manager.
• Fluent English and French are required.
• Experience with ERP/ordering platforms (ERP, 3PL coordination, key account portals).
• Proficiency with JOOR, NuOrder, Cegid Orli, NetSuite or equivalent and advanced Excel.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day leadership to the wholesale team and ensure continuity during the interim period.
• Oversee commercial performance, sell-in, sell-through, forecasting and seasonal budgets across key accounts and partners.
• Lead showroom activity and negotiate terms with senior buyers during contract period.
• Coordinate agents, distributors, and franchise partners across MEA & APAC.
• Ensure operational execution via order management and delivery reporting.
• Report portfolio performance to the CEO with KPI tracking and budget vs. actuals.
