ANINE BING is seeking a Wholesale Director for EMEA & APAC to lead and protect continuity of our wholesale operations during a maternity leave. Based in Paris, you will manage a small team and report to the CEO, ensuring strong sell-in, forecasting, and partner governance across MEA markets.

Hybrid Paris HQ role with a preference for in-person work, starting December 2026 for about six months to May 2027. Fluent in English and French is required, with extensive fashion wholesale experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in fashion wholesale or equivalent.
• Proven leadership of a commercial team across international markets (EMEA & APAC).
• Strong track record in wholesale leadership roles (Director/Area Manager).
• Hands-on experience with agents, distributors, and franchise partners.
• Strong sell-in/sell-out analysis, OTB, forecasting, and budgeting.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day leadership to the wholesale team in EU, ME, APAC.
• Oversee commercial performance, budgeting, and seasonal planning across channels.
• Lead Paris showroom season sell-in and negotiate terms with senior buyers.
• Coordinate agents, distributors, and shop-in-shop partners across ME and APAC.
• Ensure operational execution via 3PL, order management, and reporting.
• Deliver portfolio results to CEO with KPI tracking and variance analysis.
• Handover smoothly to successor and ensure continuity of initiatives.
