ANINE BING is seeking an interim Wholesale Director for EMEA & APAC based in Paris to cover maternity leave from December 2026. You will lead a four-person wholesale team, manage sell-in/sell-out performance, and oversee relationships with agents, distributors, and franchise partners across MEA, APAC, and Europe.

The role requires fluent English and French, strong ERP/tool experience, and a strategic mindset to ensure continuity of commercial operations during the assignment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in fashion wholesale with team leadership across markets.
• Strong track record in sell-in/sell-out analysis and budgeting.
• Experience with ERP platforms and key account partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day leadership to wholesale managers and interns during the maternity leave.
• Own MEA & APAC wholesale portfolio performance, forecasting, and budgets.
• Coordinate showrooms, agents, distributors, and franchise partners during the assignment.
• Maintain continuity on ongoing initiatives and ensure CEO-aligned decisions.
