Alma is seeking a Head of Identity & Tooling in Paris to define and implement identity and access management strategy across the group. You will design a scalable RBAC model, own lifecycle processes, and drive governance of tooling and access.

Reporting to Barbara Goubert, you will lead a team of two, work 3 days per week on site, collaborate with IT, Security, Engineering and People, and ensure compliance, security and operational excellence across Alma's systems.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), RBAC, SSO or access governance.
• Strong understanding of access lifecycle management (joiner/mover/leaver).
• Ability to design pragmatic security, governance and user-experience processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management across IT, Security, Engineering, People and business teams.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement Alma’s identity and access management strategy; design scalable RBAC across systems with ownership, rules and approvals.
• Own identity lifecycle and access processes; manage provisioning, changes of access and offboarding with least privilege.
• Build and operate tooling governance; inventory apps, owners, users and access levels; set standards for ownership and reviews.
• Drive security, compliance and operational excellence; document access approvals, coordinate reviews and define KPIs.
