Alma in Paris is seeking a Senior Identity and Access Management leader to define and implement the company’s IAM strategy, RBAC model, and tooling governance. You will own identity lifecycle processes and drive security, compliance, and operational excellence across systems and tools.

You will report to Barbara Goubert and manage a team of 2, collaborating with IT, Security, Engineering, People and business teams to balance security with a smooth employee experience.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Identity and Access Management, RBAC, SSO, access governance or SaaS administration.
• Strong understanding of access lifecycle management, including joiner, mover and leaver processes.
• Ability to design pragmatic processes balancing security, compliance and employee experience.
• Strong stakeholder management with IT, Security, Engineering, People and business teams.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement Alma’s identity and access management strategy.
• Design and roll out a scalable RBAC model across Alma’s systems and applications, with clear ownership and approval workflows.
• Own the identity lifecycle and access processes, including provisioning, changes of access and offboarding.
• Build and operate tooling governance with inventory, ownership, and standards for access requests and reviews.
