Keller Executive Search International in Paris is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support managers and employees in a highly structured environment. This role blends employment law knowledge with practical business partnering, employee relations, and people operations support.

You will work closely with leadership to improve HR processes, strengthen manager capability, and foster a positive, compliant workplace culture through proactive policy and process enhancements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of employment law and French regulations.
• Proven experience as an HR Business PartnerPartnering with managers and leaders.
• Experience handling employee relations and performance management.
• Ability to design and implement HR processes and policies.

Responsabilités

• Partner with managers and leadership to provide HR guidance across employee relations and performance management.
• Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, mobility, changes, and offboarding.
• Advise on French labor law, policies, disciplinary matters, and absence management.
• Ensure HR processes comply with regulations, collective agreements, and company policies.
• Collaborate with payroll, finance and legal to ensure accurate HR data and monthly administration.
• Support annual performance and compensation reviews and talent planning.
• Develop and update HR policies, templates, and communications.
• Monitor employee engagement and propose practical solutions.
• Support change management initiatives across teams and processes.
